WORKING TOGETHER
I’m a Body and Mind Coach. From my NLP training and my experience as a personal trainer, I know how much our minds, bodies and soul influence each other.
To feel healthy and to maximise our potential mentally, physically and emotionally, we need a combined approach to health and fitness and routine can be helpful too. Exercise doesn’t have to involve gym membership – there are many ways to naturally incorporate healthy living, even alongside the most demanding jobs.
I’m very passionate about encouraging people to keep hydrated, increase their activity levels and learn to relax their minds and switch off. Many people find this a challenge, when leading busy lives with work, home and family commitments.
I’ll teach you how balance and simplicity are more effective strategies than perfectionism and better for your health too. By listening to your individual needs, I’ll create a healthy-living plan for you that’s easy-to-action, sustainable and will help you to feel calmer and more energised.

121 COACHING
As an empathetic coach and your personal cheerleader, I’ll provide the encouragement, motivation, compassion and accountability that you need, in order to make positive lifestyle changes.
I use NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming) techniques, to help you to identify and reframe any negative thinking patterns and I combine this with journaling, relaxation exercises and stretches, to help you to clear your mind. I’ll create an activity plan on the app, tailored to your individual needs and easy to access, with small, manageable goals.

CORPORATE HEALTH
With a strong HR background, I know the challenges that employees face in the complex corporate world. I have a great understanding of supporting the needs of the employees and at the same time, understanding how to get the best benefits for the company. My 20 years of experience in HR and my knowledge as a Body and Mind Coach are the ideal combination to support and promote Corporate Health Management.
