MASH is an affordable and accessible beta programme, focusing on:

  • Mindset
  • Activity
  • Sleep
  • Hydration

We will be using journaling to work on mindset, I will coach you on how to increase your activity levels and we’ll look at the benefits of sleep and hydration for mental and physical health.

As MASH is a group programme, you’ll be part of a supportive female community, which will also help with motivation and accountability. You can also celebrate success together.
