I am in my second 3 months of working with Natalie and enjoying both the exercise regime which I am on between 5 and 6 days a week. At the beginning I was lacking in energy and finding it hard to engage in regular exercise. We met over zoom and she put together a great plan for me in terms of regular exercise and walking and I am proud to say I am exercising 6 days a week now.
She is very thorough in the planning and I can share what works and what doesn't and she puts the changes in place that suit me. I like the regular-check ins and she is helping me to be a bit kinder to myself by showing me how to engage in really healthy habits.
Our reviews at the end of each month are really helpful where we reflect on what's working and what needs adjusting. For me I need the accountability as it keeps me focused and I now build my daily exercise into my diary and its working.

I am a 42 year old woman from Switzerland. I am a 100% employee in a big company. In my free time, I also work as a life coach. I love doing sports. Especially in the evenings, after work, to free my mind.
I am very thankful that I met you at a fitness studio. When you left, I was happy to hear that you will provide personal training. I never thought that I would ever obtain a personal trainer. I always thought this was something for "rich people". But then I realized that it is worth every "cent", because I invest only in myself. And that feels absolutely right.
The biggest challenge is, that I sometimes think, I can't reach a special goal (like standing/training on an unstable board) and in the end (after some experiments), it suddenly works. And that feels sooooo good!
Using the app is very easy and it's great to track your progress. Also, the possibility to write you a message if anything wasn't clear, helped a lot.

Karol's inspiring story
I am originally from Mexico but I currently live in the U.S. and my life is very busy. I work with my husband as a legal assistant in his law practice. I help my brother raise his 4-year-old girl and I also travel a lot. It seems that I’m always busy. One of the main things I love about working with coach May is that I can do my workouts even if I am out of town and I can also do my workouts in my own time.
I was introduced to Nathalie by my friend who was training with her in person. I was visiting my friend and she invited me to attend an in-person class with Nathalie and loved it! So when I found out I could also do my training online I signed up for it.
In the beginning, my only concern was virtual communication since I had never done online training before, and honestly, it is much more convenient and very easy. Nathalie is excellent at getting all your questions and concerns answered right away. I now love my online training program and I prefer it over any other training.
My biggest challenge before I started my program was the fact that I didn’t even know how to do my exercises correctly, I didn’t have a good program to follow and I had never before had a coach to help me with my motivation and goal setting. I was feeling very lost and frustrated because I didn’t even know where or how to start.
First of all, I learn to set my goals, correctly perform my exercises, and have discipline. The schedule and the reminders in my fitness app really make a difference. I also learned to be mindful and start adopting healthy habits in my life. I learned that I wasn’t drinking enough water, I wasn’t getting enough sleep, and wasn’t eating healthy veggies as my snack. The whole program with Nathalie has changed all my healthy habits and improved my health overall.
I am super happy with my life now. I have more energy and I am stronger. My mobility and flexibility improved also. My body feels and looks more toned, I have lost weight, and my clothes look incredible. I have more confidence and I am happier overall. I’m happier and People have definitely noticed they even ask me “Karol what are you doing differently? You look amazing !!! The app, our conversations through messaging, and the coaching calls have been my guide and motivation. By having the videos in the app I can check every time and make sure I am doing the exercises correctly with the right form. I also love the fact that I can do my exercises even when I am travelling. Coach Nathalie is also there every step of the way answering any questions or concerns through the messages right away. She really listens to your needs and assesses your level of fitness to give you the right program for you. Everything was fundamental for my success, I love the whole program overall.
I would highly recommend working with Nathalie. It is very easy to talk to her, she really listens to you and your needs. She also helps you set your goals and supports you every step in achieving your goals.
